Mielietert (Sweet corn Bake)
A creamy sweet corn pie that goes very well with your braai.
Servings: 6 persons
- 2 cans 420 g sweet corn
- 4 extra large eggs
- 60 ml melted butter
- 60 ml flour
- 15 ml baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180° C
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
Pour the batter into a buttered pie dish and place in the oven.
Bake for approximately 1 hour until golden in color.
